Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cloquet, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of an 1,800 GSF (approximately) park pavilion and attached 800 GSF (approximately) open air shelter. The construction consists primarily of poured concrete foundations, wood framed with glulam structural elements, and concrete slab on grade. Exterior cladding shall consist primarily of pre-engineered siding; fiberglass clad wood windows and asphalt shingles.
