Completed plans call for the addition of a 45,615-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Owner may select the Proposal that offers the "best value" for the District based on the published selection criteria and weight of criteria, and on its ranking evaluation. Asindicated herein, factors otherthan price will be considered in making this determination. Upon approval of the rankings by the Board of Trustees, the District's representative will attempt to negotiate a contract with the selected Proposer. If the prices proposed are more than the District's budget for the Project, the Owner's representative may discuss with the selected Proposer optionsforscope ortime modifications and any price change associated with the modification. If the representative is unable to reach a contract with the selected Proposer, the representative may formally end negotiations with that Proposer and proceed to the next ranked Proposer in the order of the selection ranking until a contract is reached or all proposals are rejected. Location 25400 Willy Lane Huffman, TX 77336 sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor the project(s) described on Attachment D ("the Project") pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code.
