Huffman Independent School District ("District") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, or other legal entities to provide construction services for the Falcon Ridge Elementary School Nature Trail (the "Project") located. The District has selected an architect/engineer to prepare construction documents for this project. Construction services for the Project will include: +/- one mile of decomposed granite trails and boardwalks at Falcon Ridge Elementary School. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the District's purchasing site at the above-mentioned address and complete the supplier registration at their earliest convenience. Once supplier registration is completed, interested parties will have access to all relevant construction documents and will be notified of any addendums that are released. The District shall select the offeror that provides the best value to the District based on the District's published criteria and ranking evaluation. The District, along with its Architect/Engineer may discuss options for cost reduction with the selected offeror. If the District is unable to reach a contract agreement with the selected offeror, the District shall terminate further discussions and proceed to the next offeror in the order of the selection ranking until a contract agreement is reached or all proposals are rejected.
