Scope B:The scope of work consists of procuring and installing new furniture as specified in Exhibit "C" American Canyon Library Furniture Package. The project is located at the American Canyon Library and the work consists of remove and replace carpet, remove and replace bathroom doors, painting, and signage fabrication and installation. The Contractor shall possess a Class "B" or "C-61" and "D-34" license at the time of contract award. Bids are required for the entire work called for by the Plans and Specifications, and neither partial nor contingent bids will be considered. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. Engineer's Estimate: $160,000. Scope B work consists of procuring and installing new furniture as specified in Attachment "C" American Canyon Library Furniture Package. Engineer's Estimate: $200,000. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
