**As of July 18th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of and educational facility. As of May 28, 2025, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with bid documents prepared by the Construction Manager, Gundlach Champion, Inc. and the Architect/Engineer, OHM Advisors. Bid Proposals will be received for the following Trade Packages: TRADE PACKAGE TRADE PACKAGE DESCRIPTION 06 0000 GENERAL TRADES AND LOCKERS 09 6400 GYM FLOORING RESURFACING 09 6500 FLOORING A Bid Security shall accompany bid in the form of a bid bond or certified check for no less than five (5%) percent of the Bid Price. The Successful Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds if the contract award is greater than $25,000. This project is subject to Michigan Prevailing Wages.
