Bidders are required to bid the entire Trade Package using the Bid Proposal Form and attaching the Affidavit of Bidder and Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A Bid Security shall accompany bid in the form of a bid bond or certified check for no less than five (5%) percent of the Bid Price. The Successful Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds if the contract award is greater than $25,000. This project is subject to Michigan Prevailing Wages. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 The Project consists of the removal and replacement of flooring, the removal and replacement of lockers, and the resurfacing of the gym flooring. The scope of work is to include, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. All selective interior architectural demolition. Include all dumpsters and dump fees needed to complete this scope of work. 2. Install and maintain all dust partitions, temp enclosures and floor protection of existing or new finishes as required to complete the work within this package. 3. Remove and dispose of all lockers. 4. All demolition and removal of the 4" concrete pad that the existing lockers currently sit on. Demo concrete pad up to existing slab on grade floor elevation. 5. Furnish and install new lockers. 6. All sealants and caulking associated with this trade package. 7. Progress cleaning as directed by the Construction Manager to maintain and keep a safe working area.Excluded from this Subcontractor's work is: 1. Drywall, painting, flooring, and acoustic ceilings. 2. Flooring removals. 3. Patching of floor where locker bases were removed. Patching and preparation to be included in Trade Package 09 6500 Flooring.
