Site work for a water / sewer project in Norway, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Norway is seeking bids for the construction of the "Curry Road Water Main Replacement Project" that includes the following major items of work: Water Main replacement of 1,357 ft of 8-inch, two hydrants, and associated appurtenances in the base bid, including one lead-service line replacement. Alternate 1 includes 582 ft additional of 8-inch water main. The City of Norway reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Norway in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project. Question Deadline 08/19/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
