Manor Avenue Sidewalk Replacements Each Proposal will be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the Specifications, and will be accompanied by a Bidder's Certified or Cashier's Check drawn on a solvent bank, in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), or in lieu of a Certified or Cashier's Check, a Bid Bond in the same amount prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached hereto, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a Surety Company approved by the Township of Pequannock.
