The Existing Roof Includes two Masonry Parapet Walls that Will Require Sealing Also. also Provide a Unit Cost For replacement of Any Damaged underlayment Osb Discovered Following Roof Removal and Any Required Carpentry required Work The Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check payable to the Village of Sharon equal to 5% of the Proposal Ora Bid Bond of a Bonding Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Wisconsin in An amount Equal to 5% of the Proposal. Proposals Shall Not Be withdrawn for a Period of 30days After the Date of Opening.
