The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial informalities in the bidding and to make awards in the best interest of the NORTHERN VALLEY REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION. Bids will be awarded on hourly rates. Bids will be rendered in accordance with Chapter 107 N.J.S.A. 18A: 18-4. All bids are to be submitted on the forms provided. Each bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, certificate of prequalification, affidavit as to total amount of uncompleted contracts, and a Certificate of Registration with the State of New Jersey. Each bidder must comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56A4 and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et seq. regarding the payment of the prevailing wages to all workmen engaged in public works. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of (60) sixty days. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board to do so.
