Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Westminster Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for Flooring Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. License Requirement: Contractor's State License Board (CSLB) C-15, Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to Ms. Elizabeth Lopez at Elizabeth.Lopez2@chp.ca.gov The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. Site visit description: Bidders that arrive after the walkthrough has started will not be allowed to sign-in. No bid will be considered from a Contractor that did not sign-in at the mandatory walk-through. As a courtesy, please email Derek Vickers at Facilities601@chp.ca.gov to confirm your plans to attend this walk-through.
