Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westminster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; one-story above grade municipal facility; one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

The project involves the HVAC Replacement Project at City Hall, Council Chambers, Community Services, and Senior Center Buildings. Bids are to be submitted for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials in accordance with the specifications. This is a federally assisted project, and Davis Bacon provisions will be enforced.
