Purchase and delivery of two on-site sodium hypochlorite generation systems. Units must be capable of producing 100 lbs. per day free chlorine equivalent at a 0.8% strength. Bids shall cover furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials in accordance with the provided specifications. Bids must be made on the provided forms and submitted in a sealed envelope. Each bidder is required to submit a satisfactory certified or cashier's check, cash, or bidder's bond on the specified form, in favor of the City of Westminster, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid. The successful bidder must execute the contract and deliver the necessary bonds and insurance certificates and endorsements as specified. Specifications are available for examination or may be obtained free of charge at the Westminster Engineering Division.
