Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westminster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and clubhouse / community center.

Bids are requested for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for a roof replacement project at the Senior Center, Community Services, and Council Chambers Buildings. Bids must be submitted using the provided forms, in a sealed envelope, and accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, cash, or a bidder's bond in an amount equal to at least 10% of the bid amount. Bidders must possess a valid Class B and C-39 Contractor's License at the time of bid submission. The project requires compliance with Davis Bacon provisions and prevailing wage laws. All contractors and subcontractors must pay prevailing wages and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The work shall be completed in accordance with the provided plans, drawings, and specifications. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive irregularities, and retain bids and guarantees for up to sixty days for examination and comparison.
