Lewis & Clark Regional Water System of Tea, South Dakota will receive bids for construction of the Site D Revetment Repairs project. The project is located south of Vermillion, SD and west of South Dakota Highway 19. The project consists of bank stabilization repairs along the Missouri River. The Project includes a general description of the following Work: Bank stabilization repair of approximately 1,770 feet of existing stone toe revetment (Base Bid).Temporary and permanent erosion control, reclamation and seeding. And,Clean-up and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction Contract Documents. Paper copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by non-refundable payment of $53.00, including applicable taxes and fees, for each set of the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated. Bidding Documents can be obtained from online. Register with online and submit the $22.00 non-refundable fee to obtain the Bidding Documents. Obtaining is recommended as plan holders receive automatic notice of addenda and bid updates. Interested parties may view the Bidding Documents at no cost after registration and prior to deciding to become a plan holder. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online or the Issuing Office. Upon request, in accordance with South Dakota Codified Law 5-18B-1, one paper copy of Bidding Documents shall be furnished, without charge, to each prime contractor resident in South Dakota who intends, in good faith, to submit a bid to the Owner.
