The scope of work includes survey, staking, clearing and grubbing installation of 1,958 feet of 2" and 3" PVC pipe along with elbow's, installing 5 sectionalizers. providing and connecting service wiring from the meter to the billboard, and site restoration. The project is tentatively scheduled to be awarded on Monday, July 21, 2025. Bid Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected. Bid check of the successful bidder shall be retained until a satisfactory performance, two-year maintenance and payment bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract, shall have been famished. Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the Division of Labor Standards of the State of Missouri.
