The Scope of Work includes: 150 LF curb, 17 ADA ramps, 17,600 SF sidewalk, 1,035 LF sidewalk with integral wall, 510 LF soil fill wedge, and site restoration. The project is tentatively scheduled to be awarded on Monday, August 18, 2025. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount payable to the CITY OF BLUE SPRINGS must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
