Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Blue Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Blue Springs Missouri Parks and Recreation Department (City/Owner) is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction of Southwest Park, a SO-plus acre greenfield site. The successful Construction Manager will be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) before construction of the Project commences, and will be required to exercise rigorous cost, quality and schedule control throughout the duration of the Project.
