Contract No. 25-sw1(Re-bid) Missionary Drive Storm Sewer Improvements the Scope of Work Includes the Installation of Approximately 1,300 Linear Feet of New Storm Sewers, New Catch Basin and Storm Sewer Manhole Installation, Sanitary Sewer Manhole Replacement, in-trench Replacement of Sanitary Sewer Pipe With 8-inch Ductile Iron Pipe and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Authority. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Authority to Guarantee the Bidders Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. No Bid Bond Shall Be Waived or Returned Because the Bidder Has Failed to or Cannot Comply With Any Requirements as Set Forth in the Plans, Specifications, or Any Applicable Statutes of the State of Pennsylvania or Any Applicable Municipal Ordinances.
