Question Deadline The Deadline for Questions Clarifications and Change Requests is changed to June 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM Pacific Portland Community College seeks Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for Cascade Campus Public Service Education Building (PSEB) renovation. The scope of this project is to renovate approximately 5,700 square feet in the east side of the PSEB to update the academic office spaces, create a new suite for the Cascade Public Safety office, and renovate student lounge space. This project will also address a deferred maintenance funded roof replacement spanning the entire 30,000 square foot roof. This project will be an occupied renovation and will require close coordination with the College to ensure students and staff will be safe during the project and that impacts are minimized. The PSEB supports several academic programs including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire Protection Technology, and Criminal Justice. Classes are held in the building during normal College hours and extend into evenings and weekends.
