Lake Keomah State Park Gate Valve Replacement Proposal Guarantee: $6,250.00 Completion Date: 10/31/2025 Project Description: This project consists of replacing a 18" gate valve, installing an operating rod, constructing a concrete box for access, and other incidental work. This gate valve is the main drawdown valve for the lake. Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a bid security as defined in Iowa code section 26.8. Copies of the bid security will be accepted for those bidders submitting bids electronically. Additionally, if the apparent lowest responsible, responsive bidder submits an electronic bid security, the original security must be mailed to the Department, at 6200 Park Avenue, Suite 200, Des Moines, IA, 50321, within five business days of the bid letting date.
