Site work for a civil project in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, excavation, pit dewatering and backfill, landform grading, stream channel construction, wetland construction and enhancement, revetment placement, erosion control, seedbed preparation, and cover and permanent seeding. The project includes approximately 490,000 cubic yards of excavation and approximately 56.7 acres of cover and permanent seeding The estimated construction cost range for this project is $1,200,000 to $1,550,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. In order to be considered in the final addendum, written questions must be received no later than September 23, 2025 This project shall comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements.
