Site work for a water / sewer project in Tinley Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 12th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Scope of Work Contractor shall supply all material and labor necessary to complete the following project. The project consists of replacing floor drains at the parks maintenance garage. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or bank cashier's check payable to the Tinley Park-Park District for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. he Contractor selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and executive orders, including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity. The Tinley Park-Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason.
