Renovation of a museum in Fort Scott, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date from 6/30/25 to 7/15/25 at 12:00 EDT, post the site visit sheet, and also notify offerors that another amendment will be posted shortly. The forthcoming amendment will include updates to the Statement of Work (SOW) and responses to vendor questions submitted in response to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to monitor the solicitation posting for the upcoming amendment and ensure all proposal submissions reflect the most current information provided. The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on SAM.gov. Please complete the SF Form 1442 as instructed. All amendments must also be read - SF 30 can be signed and returned once downloaded from SAM.gov or acknowledged that it was reviewed in block 19 on the SF 1442. This solicitation is a Sealed Bid. This is an electronic Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction work at Fort Scott National Historic Site. The resulting contract to be a firm, fixed price.
