Demolition and site work for a residential development in Fort Scott, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the demolition on site of the main structure and accessory structure The work includes removing all building materials, including footings and patios; filling any basements, under structure, or accessory structure with compacted compatible soil; furnishing acceptable fill material (black dirt) to ensure proper slope and a mowable lot; seeding the lot for grass growth; and properly disconnecting all utilities per City requirements prior to demolition. Work must be completed within 20 days from acceptance of bid. The City reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. For further assistance, contact the Codes Department.
