Bids for the construction of the Norwalk Silvermine Elementary School HVAC/IAQ Project as outlined in the Contract Documents. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The work consists of the hazmat abatement, select demolition, HVAC, Indoor Air Quality and related work. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All inquiries or requests for information must be submitted to the Newfield Construction Brian Grant, Every other Trade Contractor is still responsible to award not less the twenty-five percent (25%) of their total contract price to contractors who are certified and eligible to participate in the State of Connecticut's "Small Contractor's" set aside program, including (25%) of this amount (or 6.25%) of the total contract price to be awarded to certified and eligible "Minority Business Enterprises" (MBE)
