Grading, Drainage, Paving and Culvert County : Rockingham The North Caolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for grading, drainage, paving and culvert replacement on SR 1785 (Church St) near Park Rd (non-system) in Rockingham County. All quantities are estimates. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment and materials. All prospective bidders shall be prequalified with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid.
