The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth (MODY) is inviting quotations from qualified contractors for repairs and upgrades to the Port Maitland Sewer Treatment Plant (PMSTP), located at 3312 Main Shore Road, Port Maitland, NS. The scope of work includes the remediation and/or replacement of deteriorated exterior siding, full tin roof replacement, new insulated exterior doors with safety glass, HVAC and HRV upgrades suitable for salt-air environments, installation of sealed LED exterior lighting, interior drywall repairs and repainting, and the installation of galvanized roof safety handrails and stairs. The facility must remain operational throughout the project, requiring careful coordination with MODY for any shutdowns or installations.
