The scope of work consists of the creation of public access to the Sims Creek Preserve open space property, including Tru Grid permeable pavers for the vehicular drive aisle and parking areas, various site amenities (lighting, bench, bike rack and trash receptacle) and pedestrian access via a sidewalk.
