Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jupiter, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 07, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The Town of Jupiter is requesting bids for the following project: Electrical Conduit for Scenic Webcams at Cinquez Park The main camera pole installed at Cinquez Park to provide scenic views need electrical power from the mechanical room at the rear of the bathroom facilities as indicated on the design drawing. The work needed to accommodate this will consist of directional boring under the sidewalk and roadway with 1.5" conduit and providing boxes and penetration into the mechanical room. Inside the room, additional conduit will need to be run to the electrical panel. Additionally, the concrete slab abutting the building will need to be cut and repaired to provide a safe conduit path into the building. Length of directional boring is approximately 60 linear feet. All materials, labor, and site restoration shall be included in the bid. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Jupiter Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Small Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to This Solicitation.
