Emails should be delivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum through Online. Questions received less than three (3) business days from the deadline for proposal submissions are not guaranteed to be answered. The nature and scope of this contract is:The Town of Jupiter is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced, and professional or generations to provide utility locating services for potable water transmission and distribution mains; potable water transfer mains; raw water transmission mains; electrical distribution lines; concentrate and waste stream mains; surface water recharge transfer mains; and fiber optic lines. Interested proposers must have extensive experience with the Sunshine 811 system, provide sufficient qualified staff, provide equipment and supplies to perform the duties of the contract as described in the Request for Proposal documents, and be licensed in the State of Florida to conduct such business. A single, non-exclusive utility locating services contract may be issued for an initial contract term ofone (1) year with the option for renewal, upon mutual agreement, for three (3) successive one (1)year contract terms, up toa cumulative total of four (4) years.
