Renovation of a municipal facility in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 3 , 2025 , project has not been awarded yet,follow up after the October 21, 2025 Town Council meeting."** Question Deadline 08/08/2025 Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. All questions concerning this projectshall be directed to Jonathan Batista, PE, Senior Utilities Engineer, in writing by email to jonathanb@jupiter.fl.us (with the Project Name in the subject of the email). The general nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform proposed renovations to first floor bathrooms and second floor office space at the Utilities Field Office (UFO) as detailed in the plans and specifications included with the bid documents. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing building elements, replacing flooring, building partitions to create dedicated office space, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC ductwork. The Town will provide furniture for the second-floor office space Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk, Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids. All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Jonathan Batista, PE, Senior Utilities Engineer, in writing by email to jonathanb@jupiter.fl.us (with the Project Name in the subject of the email). Emails should be delivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Town.
