A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Jupiter is requesting proposals for commercial grade materials, equipment, cabling and services to outfit the interior and exterior with low voltage cabling and materials for the Fire Rescue Station Project. Proposals are expected to provide all materials and installation of all necessary cabling, connectors, multimode fiber, patch panels, wall plates, cable management, cable trays, patch cables, and in-rack UPS for the building. Proposals should be from qualified vendors located in the United States which strictly meet all the Requirements & Specifications listed in this document, including Design Drawings, Terms & Conditions, Specification Sheets, Material Lists, and Appendices. The Town of Jupiter Information Systems department have reviewed the plans and drawings of the Fire Rescue Stations to determine the estimated quantities for some key items in the proposed building. The following may be used as a guide, but proposals shall be inclusive of needed low voltage cabling and associated materials based on the architectural drawings included as a part of this request.
