The general nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide stormwater and water distribution infrastructure repairs, replacements and/or installations on an as needed basis utilizing one or acombination of unit price bid items. Work under this contract may include, but not be limited to bypasspumping; realigning or replacing inlet/manhole castings; sealing and/or grouting stormwater pipe joints;installing new manholes/conflict boxes/catch basins; pipe to structure connection repairs; stormwaterpipe point repairs; canal dredging/cleanout; water main repair; valve, hydrant, and water servicereplacements; installation of flushing and sampling stations; dewatering; restoring miscellaneoussurface improvements such as asphalt roadway replacement, pavement overlay, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb and gutter replacement, sod replacement, fence replacement and other improvements as described by the Bid Documents. Questions concerning the bid will be answered by addendum through Online. All questions shall bedirected to Jonathan Batista. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the estimated value for the initial contract term must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
