As of January 5, 2026, an engineer has been selected, but design has not begun. The County is waiting for the proposed scope and fee to start negotiations with the Consultant. Construction documents are scheduled to be complete by 2028 with bidding anticipated Summer or Fall of 2028. Construction will start in late 2028 or early 2029 and end in 2031.
