As of July 16, 2025, project is awarded to Earthwerks Land Improvement and Development Corporation in the amount of $320,335.75. The Pine Hill Drive and Kensington Drive Drainage Improvements project shall include, but are not limited to, tree removal, clearing and grubbing, pipe culvert removal, grading and shaping of ditches, installing new culverts under Kensington Drive, installation of a storm sewer, ditch regrading, storm sewer cleaning, erosion control and restoration and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project is as described herein. The site may be accessed from both Pine Hill Drive and Kensington Drive. Please see the construction plans for further information. Bidder questions should be received no later than June 5th, 2025, by 5:00 pm.
