Renovation of an educational facility in Homer Glen, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 05, 2026, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Generator Installation at Goodings Grove School Re-Bid project for the Board of Education, Homer Community Consolidated School District 33c. Lump sum bid proposals will be received and publicly opened at the designated location and time. Bid security is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or informalities, and make the award in the best interest of the District. All bidders must comply with Illinois law regarding prevailing wages and statutory labor requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Bidding documents can be obtained upon deposit or for a fee, and login information for digital files will be provided by Gill Reprographics, Inc. The Architect for the project is TRIA Architecture, Inc. Anticipated Construction Schedule: Start of Work: June 3, 2026 Substantial Completion: August 14, 2026 Final Completion: August 21, 2026 Question Deadline 01/24/2026 Submit all questions regarding the Bidding Documents to the Architect. Questions received less than five days before the bid opening date cannot be answered.
