As of March 19, 2026, project was awarded to PT Ferro Construction Co, awarded amount is $2,992,779.37 The 2026 Roadway Reconstruction & Water Main Replacement Project will involve utility improvements, geometric improvements, roadway reconstruction, roadway resurfacing, and streetscape improvements. Utility improvements include the replacement of 1700 LF of watermain with appurtenances, water service replacement, private side lead service replacement, and 520 LF of storm sewer installation for drainage improvements and storm system maintenance. Roadway reconstruction includes aggregate subgrade improvement, full curb removal and replacement, 4 HMA binder course, and 2 HMA surface course. Roadway resurfacing includes spot curb removal and replacement, HMA milling and 2 of HMA surface course. Throughout the project there will also be sidewalk infill and repair, sidewalk improvements for ADA compliance, driveway removal and replacement, and landscape restoration.
