Reference Number 0000388948 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Term: 07/01/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2030 12:00 AM EDT Option: 5 years The Township of Woodbridge, hereinafter called the Township, is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and/or firms to establish a list of qualified consultants for the provision of listed services. Inclusion of a position on the list however does not constitute a warranty that the Township will fill the position at this time or through this process. Through a Request for Qualification process, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Township with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in the RFQ. The Township will review Qualification Statements only from those firms that submit a Qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included as described. The Township intends to select a person(s) and/or firm(s) that possess(es) the professional, financial and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services, and agrees and meets the terms and conditions which provide the greatest benefit, as determined by the Township. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the proposal due date without the consent of The Township of Woodbridge. The Township of Woodbridge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for qualification statements, or to waive any informalities contained therein. The Township reserves the right to accept, reject or request modification of the qualification package submitted in response to this request, as well as the right to accept or reject any submissions on the basis of feasibility or suitability to the Township.
