For Proposals submitted by joint ventures, each member of the joint venture must be prequalified in the Contract Classification, and the sum of the ratings held by each member must be within 10 percent of the total price bid by the joint venture. In cases where the sum of the ratings exceeds $50 million, the joint venture's rating will be Unlimited. All Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of Contracts awarded to the successful Bidder.
