The building consists of cast-in-place concrete, architectural precast panels, structural steel, metal panels, PVC membrane roof and storefront/curtainwall. The school includes a cafeteria area, gymnasium, and office space for staff and each wing of the school consists of an activity commons area with classrooms, restrooms, and small group areas. The school will have a new geothermal HVAC system located on the north side of the site. The site consists of new playground areas with playground surfacing, barrier and metal gates, asphalt paving, concrete paving and curbs and landscaping.
