This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFQ is being issued to solicit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified to perform engineering work as contained in this request. Contact for Questions: Andrew Beckort, City Engineer abeckort@columbus.in.gov Submittal Requirements: 1. One (1) electronic copy of Statement of Qualifications. 2. One (1) electronic copy of Comprehensive Compliance Form. Project Description and Scope of Services: The project consists of the design of roadway and utility improvements on CR 300 W north of State Road 58. The location of proposed roadway improvements is shown in Appendix A. In general, the purpose of this project is to widen CR 300 W to meet the standards of an Industrial Collector, and tie into the improvements already existing on CR 300 W north of the project site. Anticipated improvements will include pavement widening, curb and gutter, and storm sewer. Also included in the design shall be the installation of approximately 750 feet of 18-inch gravity sewer and 50 feet of 12-inch water main extension. Location of proposed utility improvements is shown in Appendix B. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline 07/04/2025 at 10:00 AM ET
