Amendment 2 extends the proposal due date from 17 July 2025 to 31 July 2025. This solicitation is for Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) Metering Implementation at FE Warren AFB, WY. It is a 100% set-aside for SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program IAW FAR 19.15. Please see attached documentation for details. Liquidated Damages (LD) will be included for this effort. The LD daily amount to be assessed is $452.08. The desired period of performance from task order award to closeout is 365 calendar days from the date of award. This time includes design, construction, and task order closeout (final invoice).
