Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Alston Ridge Greenway Project. The project includes the construction of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 10-foot-wide greenway trail consisting of asphalt path and boardwalk sections. The trail will connect the existing Basil Creek Trail on the east side of NC-55 within the Alston Ridge Subdivision to the existing greenway segment of the Bass Lake Trail in Holly Springs to the north. Work includes grading, drainage, boardwalk construction, paving, signage, and pavement markings. CONTRACT TIME AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: (4-17-12)(Rev. 5-16-23) 108 SP1 G08 C Except where otherwise provided by the contract, observation periods required by the contract will not be a part of the work to be completed by the completion date and/or intermediate contract times stated in the contract. The acceptable completion of the observation periods that extend beyond the final completion date shall be a part of the work covered by the performance and payment bonds. The liquidated damages for this contract are Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per calendar day. These liquidated damages will not be cumulative with any liquidated damages which may become chargeable under Intermediate Contract Time Number 1.
