Site work for a mixed-use development in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Multiple gates & Fence repair at new Animal Shelter facility located at 3323 Sanborn Dr. Manufacture & install a cantilever automatic slide gate, see the attached aerial photo showing location of the gate and fence repair. The gate is to slide along an existing fence. Contractor will have to remove the existing end post and install a post to support gate, at a minimum, three (3) 4" diameter, LG-40 post. New end posts are to be powder coated green, and cemented in, at a minimum of 3' depth. Gate: Gate is to be approximately 20' wide x 6' high, plus three rows of barbwire on top of the gate. Outside frame is to be 2 3/8", LG-40. Five (5) Vertical Upright Bracing, 1 7/8", LG-40. Five (5) Diagonal Bracing, 1 7/8", LG-40. Two (2) Horizontal Bracing, 1 7/8", LG-40. All gate frame material is to be green powder coated. Attach 11-8 extruded bonded chain-link fabric, and three rows of barbwire. Barbwire framing is to be green powder coated. Gate is to slide on six (6) nylon cantilever rollers. Contractor is required to complete the project by July 31, 2025.
