Contractor will replace five torsion spring assemblies on overhead bay door 1 and inspect existing hardware to determine its functional condition. Any hardware not deemed to be in proper working condition will be replaced. Contractor will take all necessary steps to ensure proper functionality of the door. Access to the building will be granted for one day to complete the replacement, with additional time provided if further parts need replacement. Contractor is responsible for thoroughly cleaning the area and properly disposing of all trash, old parts, and excess materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
