Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to furnish and install three (3) steel pilings at the Department's Mattoon Lake Access, located at 962 Umptanum Road, Ellensburg, Washington 98926, GPS Coordinates 46.978441, -120.552887, in Kittitas County If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions To Bidder. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Programs. No Bids Received. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. The Contractor may begin Piling installation after September 8, 2025. Installation date must be approved by the Owner. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by September 30, 2025. Final Completion shall be achieved by October 15, 2025. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $125 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the Contract by Change Order. The lowest responsive bid and responsible bidder is based upon the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract amount based on any or all of the bid items listed, to restrict the contract amount to the funds available, and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and waive informalities.
