Ellensburg, Washington 98926 Bid improvements consist of drilling, development and testing of a new 10-inch diameter well, all in accordance with the contract provisions, and the specifications. The well is for providing water supply to the proposed Facility located in the Cascade State Park northeast of Easton Diversion Dam. It is the District's desire to provide the water, up to 320 gallons per minute (gpm), for the operation of the proposed Facility from the groundwater close to the Facility's site. The purpose of the Project is to investigate the area aquifer through drilling, developing and testing a new 10-inch diameter well up to a 75-foot depth, at the selected location in accordance with Washington Department of Ecology Preliminary Permit G4-36161 to verify the groundwater capacity for the required water. Total bonding capacity for all reaches if options are awarded is estimated at $200,000 to $300,000. No authorization or conference of license is granted by District issuance of the Bidding Documents. Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. The District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids or re-Bids or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or work quality. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
