Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Ellensburg. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The engineer's estimate for the project is from $120,000 to $150,000. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to repair three (3) girders at the University Way Bridge over the BNSF railroad. The project will seal exposed girder steel, replace expansion joint seals, evaluate the drainage and water runoff from the bridge deck, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete this project. The City of Ellensburg, Washington, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
