Requested work follows the existing South Branch Canal alignment starting downstream of the existing pipeline to open channel canal transition at Station 675+94 (MP12.8). The Project improvements in these documents are for pipeline and roadway improvements of existing open channel described as work related to canal improvements for 4,128 feet of pipe between existing canal Station 675+94 (MP12.8) and Station 718+68 (MP13.6). Total bonding capacity for all reaches if options are awarded is estimated at $4 million to $5 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids or re-Bids or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or work quality. Requested work follows the existing South Branch Canal alignment for a distance of approximately 2,100 feet from Milepost 12.40 to Milepost 12.80. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and construction facilities, and all general conditions, general requirements and incidentals required to complete the Work in its entirety as described in the Contract Documents. The Work of this Contract includes work covered by unit prices, allowances, and alternates as shown in the Bid Form. The Work of this Contract comprises construction of all the Work indicated, described in the Specifications, or otherwise required by the Contract Documents.
